Yogis hold the belief that the body, mind, and spirit
must be in balance in order for a person to be in
harmony with themselves and their environment.
This is achieved through exercise, breathing and
meditation- the three main yogic structures.
Yoga poses improve circulation, stimulate
abdominal organs, and put pressure on the
glandular system of the body, which generally
results in less stress and better health.

Lisa has been practicing yoga for over 10 years.
Her teaching style is deeply influenced by Anusara yoga
which is characterized by performing poses that flow
from grace and reconnect us with our innate goodness.
Lisa offers numerous weekly yoga classes in the
beautiful intimate setting of Healing Arts Indy.  She is
available to host small yoga parties, private family yoga classes, parent/child yoga, partner yoga and individual
private lessons.
